Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need a referral from a physician?

You do not need a referral for your initial evaluation, but you will need one for your treatment. We can accept referrals from many types of providers including physicians, chiropractors and Physicians Assistants.

2. Can I see you even if my doctor referred me to his own clinic?

Yes! It is your choice where you attend. Even if you have a referral written on someone else's paperwork, we can see you. Just bring that paperwork in with you on your first visit.

3. What is referral for profit?

Referral for profit is a term used when a referral is made that is tied to financial motivation. Some physicians own physical therapy clinics and refer their patients to these clinics. The physician is then making a profit for the referral.
